Automotive Sensor - Sensor resolution

Resolution of the sensor is likely to be felt by the measured minimum change. That is, if a non-zero value from the input changes slowly. When the input changes value does not exceed a certain value, Crankshaft Position Sensor  output does not change, Motor Sensors input volume changes are indistinguishable. Only when the input resolution of the amount of change over time, the output will change.
Usually the sensor full scale range of each point is not the same resolution, so commonly used in the full-scale output can generate a step change in the maximum amount of input change value as a measure of resolution indicators. If using these indicators expressed as a percentage of full scale, it is called resolution.
